Each STATE has different procedures, not all sell tax liens. Call your COUNTY!
I purchased info from the web last summer, it was $25 per State, and literally pounds of paper after I printed it. It's not easy, a lot of work. I don't think I'll have the time for it.
I think I bought NM, AZ, NV and possibly OR. I'd be happy to sell all of it for about $50 or so.
And I'll post the link if I should run across it .... |

Try finding a book called "The 16% Solution". It's all about tax liens. Author is Joel S. Moskowitz, JD. If your going to search Amazon try using the ISBN # 0-8362-8084-9. Unless you live in one of the states that sells their liens, it's took much work for the average person. |
