Anonymous | Wednesday, March 15, 2000 - 06:20 pm To be a victim of coldwell banker in buying a home is the worst hell that I could wish on my enemies. Our home has $100,000. in damages that the agent did not disclose when it was known. The 3 years of seeking help from Coldwell banker has been a joke.Look at www.coldwell-banker.net at forms and see U.S. Justice Dept. investigation. It is wrong to victimized the elderly, disabled and poor families that just want justice. The Cendant Corp. claims to be civic minded and compassionate. But they refuse to protect civil rights, fair housing and discrimination by their worldwide real estate operation.Franchise holders. Please tell these people to do the right thing for the childrens sake, for the victims sake. |
senator | Thursday, March 16, 2000 - 02:20 am Real estate agents, lawyers, doctors, used car salesemen...the overall theme in America is that no one cares and why should they? It is an interesting theme in the disintegration of this society. What did they not disclose? That the basement leaks like a sieve? Electromagnetic fields capable,*but never proven* of causing cancer? Buying a home requires the buyer to shell out the dough to discover what isn't being disclosed and there typically is a lot that the seller doesn't want someone to know. Most real estate agents have the capability of serving hash at Denny's. Rarely do you get a decent one. |
