Anyway, in a case like this you want to try to get as much as possible in writing and then you follow up to see what happened. If they sell to someone else for less, you might have a case. Discrimination is often very difficult to prove. Have your agent send WRITTEN (fax or e-mail) inquiries every week or two, stating that you're still interested. If you don't get a response, keep trying. Keep fax receipts, record any VM messages. It sure is odd to see an offer of $1,000 over asking price not accepted. Keep us posted! |
