Christine Baker (Admin) | Tuesday, January 30, 2001 - 07:01 pm I'm looking at a TU report and it states: >In prior 48 months from date paid 4 times 90 days, 1 time 60 days, 1 time 30 days lateMaximum delinquency of 90+ days occurred in 09/1996< All the accounts with late payments have this absurd reporting with no dates other than the maximum delinquency and a time frame of several years. How can anyone dispute or verify when they don't list the date of every single late payment? How can a creditor evaluate an applicant when they don't know if these lates occurred all at one time or spread out over 4 years? What does this do to credit scoring? I assume it will insert the "DATE PAID" which is definitely lowering the score as it is the most recent date. Is this "normal" for Trans Union now? The account also has a notation: "Dispute reslvd-cust disagrees" Does the creditor get to see the dispute notation and is it factored into credit scores? |
