Unpredictable network status with atleast 10 nationwide outages, average of 50 unresolved network problems and losers from hell serving on first and second level tech support and most importantly the symptoms of Corporate Branding Disease rotten and smelling that you are not guaranteed anything but their own content make Athome service suck. Any person with common sense of Internet would agree what Excite is providing is Intranet and not Internet. Does anyone know how do people manage to get into tech support jobs of big companies like this without knowing basics of computers ? When I hear more as response , if any, to my legal notice I will update this board |
