As everyone knows, every company's dream is to get on the main stream B2B band wagon ; be it by real B2B relevant technology or just B2Bizing any damn thing. (Even a pros wants to be 'B2B-ONLY')

Well, why this B2B thing plays crucial role in Internet Domains is because most of the internet domain names are owned not by B, but by C.
Its a thrill watching B2C changing to B2B.

ICANN (International Comiti of Asined nams and #s)
and other US, and international controlling agencies with ofcourse legal system (which is right now a blank slate for Domain Gurus), will form rules/policies to ultimately snatch away majority of domain names from consumers (and very small businesses).

The start will be something like: "Domain names containing personal names are not allowed". Then that makes people forfeit their domain names. Next rule will be something like: "Domain names containing places are not allowd"

Next will be "domain names based on dictionary words not allowed"

Next will be "domain names must contain only one alphabet"

I am not trying to scare the reader here :) but just predicting the future! I dont know how much in asia/europe but thermodynamic rules hold a lot true in america. Entropy (disorder) always increases in a system.

Though it can be painful, invest in tbe beginning to trademark your domain name along with a business name to be a little secure in the future B2B world. $1000/trademark + hassle are worth.
