That Net 1st thing sure got me motivated again. It is UNBELIEVABLE how the other forums are dominated by people who just don't have a clue. You just can't reason with them.

ALL they care about is that ad commission.

Erik posted there, being very specific about the "high credit limit" reporting issues, requesting feedback from the experts. The only response he got was from somebody who is totally clueless, yet CONVINCED to be right.

Nothing makes me more furious than the deception and misinformation dominating these other boards and the fake.orgs.

Anyway, since they're going to delete the postings they don't like, I'll PREpost here everything I post there.

I don't know if my OCC complaint will do any good, but I know for sure my postings at that OTHER board will reduce their profits.

Maybe they'll remove the Net 1st banners once they start losing money?

After all, that's what they care about.

Preposted, in case of deletion:

Curtis,

I'm one of those people who say what they feel and I don't fake anything.

It makes me mad when people lie. It makes me mad when I see people get ripped off and deceived.

I wouldn't have posted if you or one of the other resident credit expert had responded and corrected Yuri. (With hugging motions or however you do this here.)

I'm sure you realize the consequences of the non-reporting of high limits.

Would very much appreciate reading what you have to say to Erik.

Thanks much,

Christine

PS: Just in case of deletion, preposted at BayHouse.

Yeah, I think they did delete that post. I didn't see on their board. I responded to what the Board Monitor there said though. It is annoying that the Board Monitors their don't seem to know a great deal about how to get credit and to see all the bad advice that consequently flourishes.

The Board Monitor wrote:
"Future posts with a negative tone will be deleted. This is just a warning. The following statements comes across as being very condescending.

'Yuri, Erik clearly was looking for experts. By that, he means poeple who KNOW credit. This would SEEM to be a logical place to look for credit experts.'"

This is your board and you can do what you want with deleting posts with a 'negative tone'. But is that really helpful to your readers? If misinfomation is being posted as facts then those posts should be shot down. Is it better to be so sensitive to someone's feelings that you let their bad advice go without comment? Personally, I enjoy a spirited debate and when I am out of line I like to be corrected. I have found bayhouse.com to be the same way.
