I was surprised to get to a person after no hold and only ONE voice mail prompt on a Friday evening:

Trans Union Consumer Relations: 800-916-8800 option 2

A second call to get their hours was also immediately answered:

6:30 AM to 6:30 PM MON - FRI Pacific time
closed on weekends.

I was told that it can take weeks to update creditor submitted CORRECTIONS and that it might be faster (5 days) if I faxed my letter to TU directly at

TU FAX for disputes: 714-447-6032

After I requested that he look up my report to see if it hadn't been corrected, he checked and verified that the Wells Fargo derogatory account was still there. So I'll be faxing.
