I am currently disputing a REPO with all 3 CRA's. I originally signed the contract in 1996. SOL is not up until 2002. If it comes back verified, do you think that the original creditor would have a signed contract still?

Also, I haven't received any information about the left-over amount, about $6,000, from the creditor or any collection agencies. Do you think that with my disute that I will?

If they verify you can request the documentation.

I have no idea how repos are handled, but it is certainly possible that any activities by you draw attention to your account.
