Does anybody have those addresses handy?

Going to be in Court on Monday, and am really really busy. But if I can get it together, I'll file a couple more Small Claims complaints while I'm there.

Wow, thanks, I hadn't realized that they ARE in AZ. Are they in EVERY State?

I'll make sure NOT to sue CT Corporation again. It's amazing how much I don't know about something as "simple" as Small Claims.

I think I'll try a few in Arizona, and then in Oregon.

Christine:

I posted AZ, as I believed that was where you indicated you resided. In every state, in order to do business, a corporation is supposed to have a statutory agent.

Under most state statutes, you are only required to "serve" the corporations statutory agent for any civil action.

That's great to know. I thought the CRAs are like anyone else who does mail/net order and is only licensed were their offices are.

Wished I'd had that info before I was at the courthouse yesterday.

Oh well, next time I get to town ... Thanks!
