My husband pulled his credit report and found a collection from ICS learning back in 2000. When they called over a year ago, we explained that we returned the merchandise and to please stop calling. Now they have the nerve to put it on his credit. He signed no contracts and they have no signature for delivery. How can he get this removed form his credit??? please help
