| | Tuesday, April 24, 2001 - 11:42 am We've discussed the impact of law suits on a corporation's credit rating at Is it true that suing a corporation will adversly affect their credit rating? Now I'm wondering if it would be more damaging to record a lien on a corporation's real estate than just garnishing their bank account. Basically, not only do I want ARM Computer to pay up, but if I have a lot of expenses and hassles to collect my ARM Computer judgment, I want to do as much damage to their credit rating as possible. Maybe they'll learn and start treating their customers a little better.
