We've discussed the impact of law suits on a corporation's credit rating at Is it true that suing a corporation will adversly affect their credit rating?

Now I'm wondering if it would be more damaging to record a lien on a corporation's real estate than just garnishing their bank account.

Basically, not only do I want ARM Computer to pay up, but if I have a lot of expenses and hassles to collect my ARM Computer judgment, I want to do as much damage to their credit rating as possible.

Maybe they'll learn and start treating their customers a little better.

Christine,

From a girl who handles the books for four different businesses, the lien on their real estate hurts much, much more. Plus it looks really good on their Dun & Bradstreet report.
