There are MANY complaints ranging from your failure to cancel memberships as requested by your customers, general lack of response and tardiness to deleting POSITIVE credit data. Recently I read some statements that finally led me to send this shared letter through Planetfeedback.com. Is it true that you do NOT provide your customers with copies of the disputes you mail to the credit bureaus on their behalf? Is it true that you send this correspondence to your customers' local post-office for re-mailing to the CRAs? The numerous complaints posted on the web and your failure to respond lead me to believe that you might just be another failing .com, possibly engaged in illegal activities. I'd very much appreciate answers and a DETAILED description of HOW you are removing CORRECT negative credit data. Sincerely, Christine Baker
