Hello

Can you return brief summary answers to these questions or give me a clue to URL's which may contain the answers?

Can I copyright my personal information
(Name, Social Security Number, bank account, etc, etc)
so I can charge a fee anyone who uses, sells, profits or
transfers my information?

Is there a legal/code section which requires
anyone/organization that uses personal/business information having to acquire such data directly from the owner or principle that such information refers to?

Many of these are considered public information, and as such, I don't see how you could copyright, trademark, or patent any of it. Particularly the SSN since it originates with the Federal Government, who would arguable "own" the SSN in question. However, IANAL, so take what I think with a rather large grain of salt.
