Be aware that appraisal is NOT science. The value can easily vary by 10% or more.
Also be aware that you can NOT use that appraisal for the refi, if you should decide to go that route.
You might be better off applying for the refi and having the lender/broker order the appraisal, on the condition that you will receive a copy. |
