I'm looking for a bank that's Quicken ready, not just compatible (so I can pay my bills and download the transactions through Quicken.)

I'd prefer a bank that uses E-mail to communicate (as opposed to faxing my E-mails to the branch and then asking me to call them.) I'd still like 800 personal service (not VM hell) when I'm on the road w/o net access.

A bank with good customer service that pays their employees ABOVE minimum wage.

I don't need branches, over draft protection, and gimmicks, but a debit card could be helpful.

I probably only keep a couple thousand in there for bill paying.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

Forgot to mention, I don't want to have to GO to the bank to open the account, i.e. I have to be able to open the account via mail/fax or on-line.

And I want the cancelled checks and I am willing to pay extra for this service.
