Back in Nov or Dec last year, when I first opened the money market account, I couldn't get through to that Click Rewards site at all. It was always down. But I DID activate the service.

When I had a problem later, some supervisor gave me free click rewards points for my trouble.

After I started posting about CompuBank here at the forum, I looked into those Click Rewards again. And again I activated the service, I thought this time for the checking account.

It's very weird, I found nothing for the money market account. It all seems like a big waste of time.

What's support@compubank.com have to say?

Unfortunately they won't give me the points I've lost.

Apparently both CompuBank and ClickRewards were still working out the bugs last year when I activated the account online but apparently it didn't happen. I remember *trying* to check on those point, but ClickRewards was always down or maybe it was just the Xmas traffic.

I checked at the ClickRewards site a few times now and it always worked. With nearly 8000 points now since May I know I've spent way too much money!

I got over 15000 points now and trying to figure out how to get the most buck out of those points.

Wished there was more info on the "stuff" you can choose.
