QUESTION:
On the Bay House website there was information that with the analysis you need my credit goals. Do I give this to you with the reports?
ANSWER:
Please E-MAIL a brief summary of your credit goals, what type of credit you're looking for. It's important that you give me your timeframe. Looking for a mortgage in a month is a lot different from having two years to improve credit scores and/or disputing incorrect credit data.
And of course e-mail makes it so much easier to file and organize, especially since clients often contact me with followup questions months and sometimes years later. |
