if this is the wrong forum im sorry, point me in the right direction, i need some info. i have 3 credit card accounts on charge off from the original card companys. 2 went to collection agencies and one has collection lawers sending letters that there is a judgement against me for the total due and is demanding payment immedeatly.
how did they get a court judgement against me if i never went to court. |
