As I'm heading "out" again, I wonder if it's really true that one or two people can make me disable POSTING at the BayHouse Forum.

Rbielak (rcb) continues to post here, and it looks like Lockwood and/or Bielak are also posting anonymous.

A recent search result:

"Your search for "Consumer Credit Information", BCCIC matched 8 pages."

There are *8* advertisements for Bielak's site and forum here.

That doesn't particularily bother me, I can always delete new Bielak spams later.

HOWEVER, just today Bielak posted another rather offensive posting with personal attacks on me.

Apparently he took down his site because hardly anyone except Lockwood posted there, and so he decided to post HERE again.

I'm really getting tired of him.

Does Bielak have a LEGAL right to post here?

I know that I have many options including disabling ANONYMOUS posting and requiring E-mail verification, but I really wanted this forum to be a place where people with financial problems don't have to worry about being identified by their friends and neighbors.

Another concern is that I SPECIFICALLY want to provide access from libraries to very NEW (and often poor) internet users.

I'm absolutely NOT interested in bickering and arguments over freedom of speech. There are OTHER places to discuss censorship, etc.

I want to help people who need help, and there are many topics only of interest to credit experts and consumer rights advocates. That's all I want discussed in the CREDIT section.

I don't mind spending a few hundred or even thousand dollars on lawyers if I can expect a judgment against Bielak. As we all know, he's got a PLATINUM credit card and good credit, so I should be able to collect.

Obviously not everybody likes the BayHouse Forum policies, and MOST of those people (you can read their postings here) just go away. With over 1,000 unique user sessions per day I've had relatively few problems. People like what they see and come back, or they don't and go elsewhere.

Bielak and Lockwood are the only ones who I had to ask to stop posting here, after running the Forum for several years without problems. And they just won't quit.

What's the law? Do I HAVE to take Bielak's and Lockwood's insults and attacks, posted in MY Forum?
