But I sure don't care for their attitude. Greetingcard.com has yet to respond. The webmaster from quickmarch.com didn't even apologize! Instead he's telling me what to do. "And neither we, nor any other postcard service has any control on its users. If you have any complaint, you should address it directly, politely (not rudely), and confidentially (not publicly) to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the sender, and not to us. The nerve .... It's real easy to add the code to disallow repeat sends to the same person. On the cell phone it took me literally HOURS to download that crap. So I sent out my demands for $500 for each WHORE card. I doubt they'll pay. But a big law suit will at least draw some attention to the problem. |
