My second request to webmaster@creditnet.com to get the their server's time zone yielded THIS response:

"Christine,

Your first email contained only a copy of a message posted to our board. Since there was no further comment to indicate why you sent it, the message was ignored."

How would reading the subject be for a hint?

Or Mindspring's

">Is 23:37 PST, PDT, EST? CDT? GMT -0400? GMT -0700?

I STILL don't know in what time zone the server was on the 5th!

Apparently your only goal in operating this board is to make the MOST amount of money from the ads with the LEAST possibly work.

HOWEVER, I hereby publicly advise the creditnet.com operators that I AM taking legal action and I need the deleted postings and IPs as EVIDENCE for the Sheriff who promised to investigate once I submitted the evidence.

Specifically, I am hereby requesting the postings and IPs of the 2 messages posted and deleted last night, author John@aol.com with the IPs resolved to Mindspring.

I hereby also request that creditnet.com E-mail to me ALL future DELETED postings (and IPs) containing my name.

Should this request not be honored I'll do whatever I can. Maybe I have to obtain a Court Order requiring creditnet.com to assist in this matter?

AND, I'm going to file a law suit against all the companies who are supporting "Robert."

Allowing him to post at creditnet.com and to later delete the IP and NOT providing me with this info will be considered supporting "Robert."

Lastly, I couldn't care less about the creditnet.com terms (E-mailed to me instead of providing me with the time zone.)

After all, I have absolutely NO desire whatsoever to waste my bandwidth on creditnet.com other than to obtain copies of the postings and IPs of the latest attacks on me as evidence for the ongoing investigation of "Robert."

Keep personal attacks on me OUT of your board, and I won't bother you!

HINT: There is a great forum software called Discus, it allows for E-mail verification prior to issuing a user id. As soon as I implemented this feature, Robert stopped posting at my site. And so did a lot of other morons. It worked!

Discus is only $100, which should be affordable to a COMMERCIAL site.

Below is the entire 1st message which was also included in my 2nd mailing to webmaster@creditnet.com last night:
