I haven't had much time lately, had a friend visit and have to catch up on things now.
Hopefully readers will use the SEARCH a lot, we have 3,276 postings since Nov. 99! I'll make an effort over the next couple of weeks to organize the forum some more.
And then I'd REALLY like to do more than answer for the 55th time how to dispute, etc.
I'd like to actually CHANGE something, have at least SOME impact on the business and credit reporting and scoring practices.
At this point I can't see how to accomplish that other than with law suits. I wouldn't mind getting involved in finding attorneys and assisting consumers somehow, maybe even finance legal actions.
It would be interesting to see the outcome, especially in places like Arizona where there is NO appeal to Small Claims Court decisions. On the other end of the spectrum it would be nice to follow some class actions, although they just take years and years. I'll post more on that in the credit section shortly.
Without the anonymous postings and bickering this will be a more productive place. I have wasted way too much time on maintenance and am looking forward to actually *DO* something.
And of course, I greatly appreciate all of you who contribute and respond to postings!
