* Send your complaint to computer magazines as Chad did

* Post your complaint in the news groups. The Silicon Valley regional newsgroups start with ba.* and since ARM has many local customers those are good place to post as well as the national computer related newsgroups.

* Post your complaint at web sites such as http://planetfeedback.com/

* Fax/e-mail your complaint to the California Attorney General.

I recommend NOT using the on-line complaint form because you won't get a copy of your complaint (a VERY bad business practice by the Californa AG) AND it takes forever to fill it out.

I'll try'n call them Monday to get their fax/e-mail.

Once you have your complaint written up, it's really easy to just submit it to various places.

MOST IMPORTANT:
