Bruce if you are going to publicly slander people then be prepared for a lawsuit. Christine Baker who owns this forum tracks ISP's and knows exactly what I say and do not say. As for your follow up Anonymous posting, yeah right. Anyone knows that a person reserves the right to question only inquiries that they feel was either not permissable or an error. Your Anon post is a shill. I am keeping transcripts of your public slanders, so unless you are prepared to step into court and do battle with me, I suggest you get your facts straight. I have had 2 attorney's email me today that you were posting malicious info on a site they frequent. I do not take kindly to this sort of competetion or whatever it is you call it. Anyone who knows me knows that I do NOT offer legal advice, never have. Furthermore I have also turned over the transcripts to My employer who will persue the matter as well for harrassment. I will reply here as I did there especially so Ms. Feathers can have the records if and when she needs them. I have also posted the other replies from his posts below mine. His actions are quite suspicious.
I have been reading from this board for quite some time and have never come across the individual known as BRUCE. I have, however, personal knowledge of the competency and professionalism with which Kristi Feathers has been able to advise and assist me with. I ordered an evaluation from Kristi Feathers regarding over nine credit matters and I was advised to do this by several others on this board. Kristi Feathers was not only prompt in getting "positive" results; she had to deal with three different legal matters, which entailed contacts with legal counsel. Each contact with attorneys all came back with positive results and each one also came back with comments as to her professionalism and expansive knowledge concerning legal issues. In fact, the attorneys were surprised about how up to date Kristi's knowledge was considering she is not, nor does she hold herself out to be, an attorney. I primarily used Kristi for debt negotiation because I did read many of her comments and being a law student in my final semester, I too, was extremely surprised as to how up to date and extensive her knowledge was. Mr. Bruce, you come off as a very antagonistic and "negative" person. Good luck in your mortgage business.
Additionally, I would like to add that it has crossed my mind, as I hope it did others, that Bruce's motives should be questioned as he does sound like he is a "competitor". If so, Bruce, it would be more admirable to see some fair competition, some offers of free help and less derogatory statements regarding helpful posters on this board and successful businesses.

Seems as though this guy has a real smear campaign going on. He has yet to state any facts and has never given advice. He posted that her advice was "Suspicious" because she had said that her score came up lower on eloan then it did when they were run prior. Makes no sense but he seems a little off kilter. Claims to be a mortgage broker and said it was suspicious that Ms. Feathers had a score of 719. What the heck does that mean? People with good credit don't exist?

Boy, you summed it up in a heartbeat. I found out some interesting facts today as well about using the internet as a tool to harrass people. I also received an email from an anon person who said this "Bruce"person works for a credit repair company who sells credit repair software to people. The software makes outrageous claims of BK removal,Judgment removal Etc. Definately someone who has an ax to grind and I assumed picked me because I answer questions at forums and this educates people thus resulting in low sales for him and his bogus "credit removal software".
I already emailed you and said thanks for your obvious interest and I wanted to thank you again.

I've read Ms. Feather's suggestions and found them to be sound. Also, I've explored Carreon and Associates website and they appear to be a reputable organization -- no unreasonable claims, no unrealistic guarrantees, no hard sell. The website lists numerous ways to contact the company.
Also, there are no reported complaints against this company with the BBB or the State of CA. I checked because I thought it might be a viable option for some of the people I assist on a volunteer basis.
This company and Ms. Feathers is upfront and on the mark.

I enjoy my domino club and volunteering as a Red Cross gray lady in a local hospital. Model airplanes and crossword puzzles can also be fun and interesting. I do wish you the best

Thanks so much for your post. I have been dealing with credit and debt issues for over 16 years and have been with Carreon & Associates for many years as well. They are one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I have often thought about the trade offs of giving people suggestions to difficult questions in a public forum and to be quite frank, my employer does not promote the employees posting , we do it because we want to. I am a member of several credit associations and truly enjoy helping others. I answer more free questions then I am ever paid for and that is just fine with me. Whenever you post publicly, you will always have someone who is bitter or disturbed bothering you. I do not push my help on anyone and answer anytime I can assist and we make it quite clear that we do not give legal advice. I am rewarded by all the thanks I get and all the people I have saved thousands by exposing credit repair scams such as the one this gentlemen was hoping to sell. I have chosen not to answer or even acknowledge anymore of his posts, as they are ridiculous.
Anybody who has ever asked me for help knows I oblige anywhere I can and if I can't help, I will see if I can find a source that can.
I will continue to answer questions where I feel I can add something of value but will not reply to any of this mad mans posts. I contacted CreditNet and also faxed all the copies of what he has posted to W.H.O.A. I will follow up where necessary only to press charges for harassment. He has attacked me personally, accused me of fraud and claims I have a "phony" name. The W.H.O.A confirmed he has crossed all bounds into stalking. He has been slammed by everyone for his idiotic posts and now even attacked Doris K. Many other people replied on another board in my defense and he called them all losers. He states no facts, hides behind a fake name and refuses to even state any valid points of what he claims I have said. The only time anyone has ever seen this guy post is after we discussed Eloans fico score variances. He claimed I must be lying if I had a 7+ score. Any home owner with good credit can have a 7 score. And yet he claims to be in Real Estate? The more he posts the more he shows his true intelligence.
I am glad you checked us out. We encourage everyone to check out who they are dealing with.
