Reporting Act:

The Commission has voted to publish a notice in the Federal Register
announcing an adjustment of the ceiling on allowable charges for
certain disclosures under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA),
Section 612(a)(1)(A), from $8.00 to $8.50 as of January 1, 2000
