If you're having the postings in the CREDIT section E-mailed, you might want to add the Credit Q & A E-mail subscription.

Credit Q & A will at times be unmoderated and is now the only section where posting are processed instantly. The other sections are set to queue postings until I manually process the posting.

I will be offline occasionally (as posted in Updates)and I don't want misinformation posted. While we're not at 100%, I found the BayHouse forum to be FAR more accurate with a lot less misinformation than any other forum I have seen and I'd like to keep it that way.

Also, if you DO find a quality forum, please let me know!

I'm also struggling to keep or get the over 5,000 postings in the Credit section organized. It takes way too long to load the Credit topics page, and it's just very time consuming to read each topic and decide what category to move it to. Unfortunately, most topics don't have a descriptive SUBJECT, making it difficult for readers to find the info they're searching for.

It seems like almost anything having to do with disputes must have been discussed by now. But, as I see every day, new questions pop up and that's what the Credit Q & A is for.

Personally, I'd like to concentrate on Fair Isaac issues and do some serious research especially once the scores are available in March. Maybe we should have a special section just for credit scores? The main problem is that often disputes and scores are discussed in the same topic.

I also got interested in credit cards. I haven't found a place with data on how they report, what they report, what their underwriting guidelines are (i.e. which score and what number and any specific requirements for approval)

This is VERY important to anyone with low to medium scores because ONE decline and the subsequent inquiry can definitely lower the score. Especially because I now have credit card ads at BayHouse and HAVING credit cards on the credit report is so important to the scores, I want to allocate part of my time to getting at least SOME info.

Please continue to post UPDATES to the existing topics right here.

And of course, feedback and suggestions are most welcome.
