On 1/7/00, I sent Equifax a letter informing them that if I did not get the credit report I ordered in October (and sent follow-up letters on), I would seek legal counsel. Well, yesterday I got a credit report from a company called "CSC Cincinnati" with a Houston, TX address. Has Equifax changed their name? Their web site still indicates Equifax.

I had a similar thing happen. Apparently the Houston office is a branch of Equifax. When I called the home office in Atlanta(?-don't have the address handy but its the address you usually find for them)they said CSC handled my account.
My guess is that where you live might determine which office handles your report.
