One of the reasons I've been given for being turned down for credit was a 'judgement' listed on my account. I have copies of both my Experian and Trans Union reports, and so far as I can tell ... there is NO 'public record or judgements' listed on either reports. In fact, the Experian report specifically states that there are no public records or judgements on the report (report date 23 Feb 2000). I will admit, I'm finding the Trans Union paper work a bit difficult to read. What should I be looking for??

I also have other questions, but I figure I'll start with that one. I should also state that Trans Union and Experian were the 2 reporting agencies listed by the creditor who declined me (not that I was expecting anything else).
