Has anyone started one? I'm not a lawyer but can't people sue for a change in a rather than money.

Example. Class Action
Sue to stop the use of Credit scores in determining credit worthness.
and Sue to stop providing any info from credit profile until database has been updated and verified.

Or what about a internet petition, If one started and was made public during election time I'm willing to bet something will happen.
