Without all the anonymous BS I'll have time to do something constructive.

I'd like to find out how Fair Isaac Credit Scoring REALLY counts inquiries.

Since Fair Isaac doesn't respond to my E-mails anymore, I'd like to record what they have to say on the phone.

I used to record phone conversations a lot when I still had my business, but the other parties would usually NOT give me permission.

Oh, and what's the Fair Isaac number?

Thanks, Christine

In Arizona, at least one of the parties must give consent when taping personal conversations, so if you are one of the persons involved in the taped conversation, permission is granted.

Thanks Kristy, Greg's link is good too.

It was a big problem in Cal since both (all) parties have to consent to taping there. And everybody I had a dispute with of course refused.
