anonymous (Zcraws) | Tuesday, May 02, 2000 - 02:26 am I sent a creditor a "prove it or remove it" letter over 45 days ago and have received no response. I am not sure what to do next. What should be my next step? What recourse do I have? I sent another creditor a letter offering settlement of a debt more than 45 days ago and have received no reply. What should be my next step? Any info would be greatly appreciated. |

anonymous (Zcraws) | Tuesday, May 02, 2000 - 11:44 am Well, I guess in my post I was trying to say that I do not know what to do next. I assumed that I would receive SOME sort of reply and take it from there. And yes, both letters were sent via certified mail and both were received. These two accounts have already been disputed twice and verified twice by the CRAs.Should I resend the letters and copy the CRAs? |
