Friday, May 12, 2000 - 06:40 pm I had my car repoed a few months ago. I still owed about $1600 dollars on it. I got a call about a month ago from a collection agency saying that I was going to have to pay the $1600. My question is do I have to pay for the car if they repoed it? It doesn't seem fair that they get the car and the money.
