I have recently received my Beacon score of 585. I am in the process of turning in a lease car. When I received a call from my car guy, he said noone was interested in working with me on a new loan due to that score. After receiving my credit report I noticed that two agencies that had previously reported the accounts as charge offs sold them again and now the new agencies are showing them as unpaid. What can I do if anything?

Thanks

You may need someone to verify this for me but as I understand it, once a creditor sells a debt to someone, that initial creditor must remove their reporting all together. In other words, your credit report cannot show chargeoffs of the same account by 2 different creditors. Now as for the new creditor, I'm sure that they can report to the bureaus, but I'm not sure if they have to report the original DLA or the DLA (Date of Last Activity) in which they received the account.
