I'm assuming that means Profit and Loss writeoff. I went to about 240days and then they charged it off as a "P/L Writeoff" and I haven't heard squat from them in over 6 months. Am I just going to get a 1099C and never hear from them again?

Anyone ever have an experience like this or hear about this? What is going on?

When companies charge an invoice off sooner or later they refer it to a collection agency to try to contact you and arrange payment. There are many collection agencies out there that will try to collect in exchange for 40% of the take. So basically it's free for the company to have people pester you.

Just because they haven't called yet doesn't mean they're not going to.
