Anyone know the american express address to send disputes to? Also, anyone ever sued them in small claims court? I am thinking about it since I know I don't owe them money yet they aren't cooperating with me on explaining some charge of 186 dollars they claim I owe. It's a lie. Any help would be appreciated.

By the way, American Express is one of the companies that has waived your right to sue them with an arbitration only ammendment to their card agreement.

You can also dispute the charge-off with the credit bureaus, and if confirmed they'll have to provide you with the address.

If it's NOT your debt, you can still sue because you didn't sign away the right to sue.
