     | Monday, May 07, 2001 - 10:41 am  In your last phone message you offered to pay me $120 to settle the law suit. WHY are you insulting me? What kind of MORONS are you? You want to fax your agreement with the Arizona Department of Corporations to substantiate your offer to pay me $20 interest? Why? Whatever you worked out with the State of Arizona only pertains to interest paid on LEGITIMATE deposits. It is of NO interest to me as it has no relevance to my case. Unless of course you have an agreement with the State of Arizona to STEAL people's money right out of their accounts. I WOULD like to see that. US West broke our initial agreement, you didn't activate the phone. Then you didn't refund my money, in spite of numerous requests. I consider that CRIMINAL theft. You stated in your last phone message that you couldn't identify who you would refund the deposit to. How about the same account you took it out of? DUH! Why didn't you at least refund the money when I requested so??? Why didn't you respond to my requests for the refund until I sued you? You accepted my terms of $75/hour to resolve this matter. I repeatedly pointed out to you that my hourly fee applies. ALL your phone messages are saved on my hard drive as evidence of the incredible incompetence as well as your totally inadequate accounting system. Do you think you are especially thrifty by having your CUSTOMERS do all the work? Is that how you think you'll get promoted? I am NOT your slave. Total now due: $950. I haven't even added my ACTUAL subsequent damages due to your breaching our agreement. Not having a phone cost me a lot of money and opportunities. I'm going to look into a class action too. I'd say it's highly unlikely that I'm the only one who you defrauded out of their deposit and/or otherwise caused extensive damages. You are hereby advised that I may just hire an attorney, move this matter to a higher court to sue for my TOTAL damages which by far exceed Small Claims limits. Please don't waste any more of my time, I'm busy. You do have my guarantee that our communications (my faxes and your voice mail messages) will be on the web as soon as I got a few hours to spare. And of course the same goes for my complaint with the State of Arizona. Copies will go to the newspapers.
