I got your message, and to answer your questions:
1) The location of the scheduled install was at:
Anchor Mini Storage, 1290 Highway 260, Unit 81, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.
I forgot to charge you for the cost of that rental. The only purpose was to have a place for the phone line.
2) No, I never got phone service at that location or anywhere else from US West or Qwest.
3) The dollar $100 was for the deposit.
4) I'm happy to supply you with any info you like, but of course my hourly fee of $75 applies.
So now the total due is $800.
