I have a paid off Ford Motor Credit account that was paid off after it was charged off
The balance is now 0.

It was 17x 30 days
and 4x 60 days

How should I go about cleaning this up?
I'm I out of luck.

You can't remove an account just because you have paid it off. Unfortunately, it stays on your credit report.
