I was just thinking, Collection Agencies buy our old account for pennies on the dollar?
Could an I setup a DBA business and buy my own accounts from a collection agency for Pennies on the dollar and then remove the item from my report.
Example ABC Collections holds an account of 252.00
My new agency would try to purchase the account.

Just wondering
What do you guys think
Steve

No experience with this, however.
