I've been fighting back and forth with JCPENNEY about an account thats on my report that is not mines. They requested a notorized
copy of my drivers lic and SS card along with my signature.
I provided them with this info. They said they legally had 30 days to provide me with the original app and charge tickets. I don't believe
this but the 30 days is almost up.

I'm sure they are stalling so What should I do know.

1. I've opened a case with FTC
2. I've wrote Attorney General
3. I copied JCPENNEY CEO & Director of Finance & Credit

Please advise

30 days is not very to these agencies, have patience. You should expect no action for at least 30 days, and then become worried after 60. But don't stop pestering any of them until you get what you need.
