Hey everyone, I have a question. I sent my dispute by certified, return receipt mail, and received the update back from the credit bureau in adequate time. Something came to mind, though.

What happens if I were to write back to them, stating it's been 30 days, showing my proof, and demanding deletion for untimely response?

Anyone had any real luck with this. I don't need anyone telling me that it's shady and unethical. Frankly, I don't particularly care. I am just curious whether this approach is useful, not that I intend to use it or anything.

Thanks.

Most likely the bureaus have a record of what they did and mailed and they'll consider your demand frivolous.
