If you want to remove a BK just stop and think how the credit bureaus pick up your info in the first place and just reverse it.All this can be done over the phone and be remove within 5 business days not 30 days like the bureaus say.

The bureaus are hook up to a National data base located in San Diego,Ca in a few clicks they will see if it is there. All you need to do is contact the BK court where the BK was file and ask them to pull your micofilm once it is pull they {the BK court will not return it}so the credit bureaus will not find it.

I know you are thinking it is the same trick a lot of lawyers use many years ago to get a BK remove is ask to inspect it the file will be on hold for 45 days for you to inspect.Everything is on computer now.

Hope this will help.
