For over a year I tried to explain to this collection company they had the wrong person. They finally sent me a letter a year or more later saying "Sorry, We Made A Mistake" I went through pure hell with the credit reporting agencies and this company trying to prove this was not my account. They reported several collection accounts on all three credit reports
and reported a wrong social security number to the credit reporting agencies even after I faxed and mailed copies of my SS#. They called me at work and home and got tons of threat letters from this company. After all the hell they say oops Sorry. I want more than that! Any ideas????
Can I file a lawsuit against this comapny and the credit reporting agencies for saying thay investigated and did'nt?
