I was told that AMEX secured Optima card would be declined to anyone with a BK less than 9 years old.

Does anyone have any experience with AMEX and could comment?

If I filed for bankruptcy four years ago and had 2 american express account included in bankruptcy ,does any one know if you still can get a secured american express?

I saw no conditions at all on their site. It appeared that ALL you had to do was send the application and the check.
