I had a charge off with CCB (Cross Country Bank0 back in 97 and it only showed that one acct until I just recently got my credit reports, and in my Eqifax report it says Ocean city Bank with my credit card # and amount owed, Then I see a company called Allied card services with the same CC # and amount owed. My question is, Is this legal? Do they both have to be on there? Can I do anything with this?

Just contact Equifax (phone) and dispute it. Tell them it's a duplicate account. They'll investigate and delete the duplicate (old) trade line because they won't be able to verify it.

Make sure it's not on your other reports (Trans Union and Experian).

Equifax's number is 800-882-0648.
